Arlin Music wants you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of shipment date for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Refunds are for the value of the equipment only. Both outbound and return shipping are your responsibility for any item you choose to return.
You Must follow these instructions, or be charged a 15% restocking fee:
Return your item in its original condition in it's original packaging.

For a complete refund,
items must be in original condition, show
no signs of wear, and be received back within 30
days from date of shipment.
Belt marks, handling marks, or surface scratches
are not acceptable.

Include all original
packaging, accessories and paperwork

Include a copy of the
packing list; clearly indicate your reason for
returning.

Double box the item
and return it. You should insure it,
because Arlin Music isn't responsible for any
damages incurred from sending it back to us.

You are responsible
for merchandise until it safely reaches us. To
protect your return, double box your shipment to
prevent damage, using all original packing
materials.

Insure the return for
the full value of your purchase.

Ship your items back
with a trackable service like FedEx or UPS. We
are not responsible if your return merchandise
gets lost in the mail.

music, books, strings, tubes, software, videos,
DVDs, cleaning products and supplies, rosin,
valve and lubricating oils, ear plugs, in-ear
monitors, parts including - guitar parts,
pickups, raw speakers, harmonicas, reeds, or any
other items that Arlin Music determines are
unsuitable for return.
Closeouts, and demos
- Closeouts, demos,
used or other special discount items may NOT be
returned.
Returning Defective
Items
- If you receive an
item that is defective - Arlin Music must be
notified within 3 days of receipt.
Restocking Fees.

To avoid restocking
fees, be sure all original contents and
packaging are returned.

Please be advised that
return and restocking fees may apply if damage
is not a result of shipping.
Delivery Refused
If the carrier returns
an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a
15% restocking fee will apply. If the item was
shipped for free, outbound shipping fees (and
tariffs and duties on international shipments) will
also be charged back at the time of return.

is returnable, or if wear and tear warrants a
restocking fee. Arlin Music makes no warranty
